What Happened When We Took Over the Zurich Marathon (Without a Booth)
After Prague, we wanted more.
The Zurich Marathon was next — but this time, things didn’t go exactly as planned. We reached out to local running clubs for small collaborations, but quickly realized... we’re not a “big brand” yet.
No problem. We showed up anyway.
We posted up near kilometer 17, right when runners needed that extra push. Same formula: backpack full of energy gummies, free boosts for anyone passing by.
100 packs disappeared in minutes. The energy from the runners was unreal — high-fives, quick thank-yous, even a few skeptical smiles that turned into converts after a taste.
And then? We spotted a legend: a guy running the marathon with a barrel of whisky strapped to his back. Respect.
Guerrilla marketing isn't just about handing out products — it's about finding your people, even if you have to meet them halfway (or 17 kilometers in).
